Fee Structure

Student Studio Agreement - The general rules.

1. All lessons must be paid for in advance at the beginning of each calendar month.
2. Missed lessons will be charged.

The details.

Each half hour lesson is $28.00. Each hour lesson is $56.00.

You must give us at least 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your normal lesson. If you do not give us 24 hours notice then your lesson fee will be forfeited. If you do give us this notice we will do our best to organize a "make-up" lesson at a later date.

Remember make-up lessons are a privilege and not a right.

We will endeavor to give make-up lessons where possible. Please respect that your teacher has a large roster of students to manage so availability for make-up lessons will be limited. Students may only reschedule once every 2 months. Students please call as early as possible to inform us of your absence. If a teacher is absent then a replacement teacher will take the lesson. If a replacement teacher cannot be organized then the lesson will be credited to next month. There are no lessons on Public Holidays. Normally there will be lessons during most school holidays, but the availability and times will be subject to the demand for lessons. There will be a break over the Christmas Holidays. There will also be fees for the text and resource materials as students require them

Payment options.

1. We accept cash, cheques and internet transfers.
2. Sorry but we don't have any EFTPOS facilities.
